We manage client communication for high-stakes organizations — a dedicated team that represents your firm on every call and critical moment, exactly as you would.
A private 30-minute call with a principal · No pitch · No obligation
Engagements are accepted by application. We onboard a select few organizations each quarter, and reply to qualifying inquiries within one business day.
For the organizations we serve, a call isn't a ticket to resolve. It's a relationship, a deal, a crisis, a client who expects to reach someone who sounds like they belong in your office — because, to them, we do.
See What Sets Us Apart →High-value clients know the difference between a representative and a runaround. A bot — or a bored agent reading from a queue — costs you the relationship before the call ends.
Athletes, executives, patients, and principals share sensitive things on the phone. Mishandling one of those moments is not a customer-service issue. It's a reputation issue.
The most important calls rarely arrive during business hours. The deal, the emergency, the introduction — they come at 11pm on a Sunday, and they only call once.
If your reputation depends on how a call is handled, you're exactly who we built this for. We work with a deliberately narrow set of industries — and go deep.

Where a missed call is a missed deal, and every conversation carries weight.

Talent, production, and management firms that cannot afford to go to voicemail.

Intake and client communication handled with precision and absolute confidentiality.

Sensitive patient calls answered with the discretion and warmth they require.

Confidential handling for clients who expect nothing less than perfect.

Never miss the buyer, the principal, or the urgent call that defines the quarter.
They sell minutes. Bots read scripts. We answer with a live professional, in your brand — every call, like you'd handled it yourself.

We don't compete on price. We compete on the one thing your clients actually remember — how they were treated.
We follow your protocols exactly and answer in your name. To the person on the line, there is no outside service. There is only your organization, available and composed.
Our agents are vetted and trained for high-profile, confidential communication — the calls where the wrong word, or the wrong tone, is not an option.
The moment a call ends, you know — caller, intent, urgency, next step — delivered the way you want it. Warm transfers, escalation, scheduling, all to your standard.
We engineer the experience around your organization before a single call is answered.
We study your brand, your standards, and exactly how your best people handle a call.
We design your protocols, scripts, and escalation paths — and assign a dedicated team.
Your callers reach a live professional who answers in your name, every hour, every day.
We review, report, and continuously sharpen how your front line performs over time.
IntelliLine traces back to a storied Hollywood answering service — one that for decades took calls for stunt performers, actors, major talent agencies, and law firms, run by people who believed a client should always reach a real, familiar voice. Mike Bell's mother, Bobbie Bell, was one of those people, and among the last to carry that craft forward.
When the service came to an end and Bobbie and her colleagues were left without it, Mike built IntelliLine so that work, and that standard, would live on. Bobbie helped him shape it in those first months. She passed away a year later, but the company she helped start carries on in her spirit.
That heritage still defines us. The belief at its heart — that people deserve to reach a real person who treats them like they matter — is the same standard we bring to every client we represent. In an industry racing to replace people with machines, we went the other way: we invest in skilled professionals and stake our name on the judgment, warmth, and discretion only a person can bring to a high-stakes call.
We don't do average. We don't cut corners. And we never let your clients down.
Mike Bell built his career in environments where communication could never fail. As a U.S. Navy veteran and Department of Defense professional, he supported Tactical Operations Centers — managing the tactical data links and secure communications systems that military personnel relied on in real time, where a dropped signal was not an option.
He went on to serve with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as a National Airspace Specialist at the Southern California TRACON — the busiest air-traffic approach control facility in the United States — helping keep the systems behind millions of flights operating without interruption. Across nearly three decades, his work came down to one constant: making sure the right information reached the right people, every time, no matter the pressure. He founded IntelliLine to bring that same discipline to the organizations that can least afford a misstep.
