Why IntelliLine exists.

IntelliLine traces back to a storied Hollywood answering service — one that for decades took calls for stunt performers, actors, major talent agencies, and law firms, run by people who believed a client should always reach a real, familiar voice. Mike Bell's mother, Bobbie Bell, was one of those people, and among the last to carry that craft forward.

When the service came to an end and Bobbie and her colleagues were left without it, Mike built IntelliLine so that work, and that standard, would live on. Bobbie helped him shape it in those first months. She passed away a year later, but the company she helped start carries on in her spirit.

That heritage still defines us. The belief at its heart — that people deserve to reach a real person who treats them like they matter — is the same standard we bring to every client we represent. In an industry racing to replace people with machines, we went the other way: we invest in skilled professionals and stake our name on the judgment, warmth, and discretion only a person can bring to a high-stakes call.

Mike Bell built his career in environments where communication could never fail. As a U.S. Navy veteran and Department of Defense professional, he supported Tactical Operations Centers — managing the tactical data links and secure communications systems that military personnel relied on in real time, where a dropped signal was not an option.

He went on to serve with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as a National Airspace Specialist at the Southern California TRACON — the busiest air-traffic approach control facility in the United States — helping keep the systems behind millions of flights operating without interruption. Across nearly three decades, his work came down to one constant: making sure the right information reached the right people, every time, no matter the pressure. He founded IntelliLine to bring that same discipline to the organizations that can least afford a misstep.
